Des Cummings, Jr.
Founder & Principle
Des Cummings Jr. is Executive Vice President of Business Development for Florida Hospital and the Florida Division of the Adventist Health System. In this role, Des gives leadership to the mission, planning, marketing, new business development and foundations for the seventeen Adventist Health System hospitals in Central Florida. Dr. Cummings serves on the board of Central Florida Partnership, Vision 360, The Dwight Howard Foundation, and many others. Dr. Cummings holds a Ph.D. degree from Andrews University in leadership and management with an emphasis in statistical forecasting. Dr.Cummings also holds a masters of divinity degree and is an ordained minister of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and has authored three books and numerous articles. Dr. Cummings also has patent covering healthcare information management.
Derek Cummings
Principle
Derek Cummings currently serves as President of Creation Development Foundation an educational non-profit developing birth to high school private campuses. Prior to leading the Foundation, Mr. Cummings oversaw Business and Product Development for Smart City a leader in convention and hospitality communications. Mr. Cummings also worked for NTT Data providing technology solutions and delivering support services focused multi-national organizations. Derek obtained his BA in History from Washington Adventist University, in Washington, DC and MBA from University of Phoenix. Derek currently serves chairs the board of Creation Development Foundation.
